Lovely Email!

We received this lovely email from a customer yesterday and we're so touched we thought we'd put it on the blog. We always publish testimonials on our website but when somebody has taken the time and effort to write such kind words we feel we need to share them :

Hi Chris - just to say thanks very much for the prompt delivery - package arrived safely and I'm scribbling away! I also wanted to say how refreshing it is to deal with a company that makes a real effort to leave a customer feeling valued - your slick ordering system, and the lovely touch of including a bar of Fairtrade chocolate with the delivery, really does work. In these recessionary times the difference between a business just hanging on and comfortably surviving can be a fine line, and wee touches like you've demonstrated can make all the difference.
