Our Austin has treated us today to these absolutely beautiful profiteroles! Perhaps a strange choice for breakfast we know, but we're not ones to turn our noses up to tasty treats, even at 9am!

In a last minute effort to learn all he can from his dear sweet mother before he goes it alone in the world for the final time, he has perfected her recipe for choux pastry.

Known for his popular Cowboy Cookies, Austin can now add profiteroles to his repertoire - we will be expecting these every week now!

We have been rushed off our feet this week as the shoot started for our next catalogue - due out at Easter. We have lots of great new products to share with you.
